| (SA)ATEA has been established to provide in the need for another industry specific Employers’ Organisation. This need is specifically focussed on the interests of medium, small and micro businesses and relates to the uneven business playing field in relation to bigger role players, organised labour as well as Bargaining Council agreements between those parties. The (SA)ATEA constitution makes provision for regional structures and needs in those areas.
